St Patrick's Primary School
Inside Our Learning Community
Classrooms are conducive to contemporary learning as they are light and spacious, some with folding walls. The school has a large open area where the whole school assembles weekly. All classrooms have air-conditioning, heating, interactive whiteboards and computers.
Outside consists of a large football oval, an adventure playground, a sandpit and basketball and netball courts, all encouraging active and creative play by the students during outdoor times.
A water tank supplies irrigation for the vegetable garden reinforcing the school’s commitment to sustainability education.
Students at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School are in learning groups and classes within a multi-ability approach. The content of teaching is organised into a sequenced curriculum, with appropriate methods of teaching this content and skills.
We understand children are individual, so we use differentiation, as a strategy to cater for each of their needs. Our curriculum is drawn from school policies and current curriculum documentation.
